WHY A MAGNETIC DRIVE STIRRER

How It Works

A magnetic drive stirrer replaces the traditional mechanical shaft seal with a pair of permanent magnet rotors — one inside a fully welded, static canister, and one outside, connected to the motor. The outer magnet drives the inner magnet through the canister wall using magnetic force alone, with no physical shaft penetration through the vessel.

The result: the reactor stays completely sealed for the life of the process — no packing to tighten, no mechanical seal to replace, and no risk of product contamination from seal wear particles or lubricant ingress.
